The list is typically made up of items that the person or couple needs or wants, and guests can choose to purchase items from the list as a gift for the occasion.

With Flume Invites, to create a gift registry, you select a retailer or multiple retailers, either online or in-store, and then choose the items you would like to include in your registry. Once the gift registry is created, guests can access it through a unique link. They can then choose an item to purchase from the registry. We will manage the whole process and ensure it is delivered directly to you or brought to the event. All depends on our clients specifications.

Though with research the items can range from traditional gifts like home goods, baby products, kitchen appliances, and electronics to more experiential gifts like travel or charity donations and so forth. 

Yes, but we do request that an email is sent to letting us know about the update to ensure we make the right arrangements.

Once the gift registry is created, guests can access it through a unique link. You can either send the link directly to your guests or add it to the digital invitation.

Here are some digital invitation and gift registry etiquette:

Invitation Etiquette:

Yes, when your guests RSVP our system will automatically send you an email confirmation or update. Their information will be added to a spreadsheet document, which you will have access to, to make it easier for you to extract when required.

They are often used to add an extra touch of thoughtfulness and elegance to a gift, and can be filled with various items such as clothing, accessories, food, beauty products, or other small gifts. Gift boxes are commonly used for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baby showers, holidays, and other celebrations.

You choose. It all depends on the requirements and event. It can be a personal gift to another up to a corporate event. We are here to assist you!

Depending on the event and prior specification. We can deliver on the day of the event or a week after the event. For excample birthdays and baby showers, the clients would prefer to egt it on the day whereas with a wedding registry the couple could want all their items delivered after the wedding or when they are finally back from the honeymoon. We will ensure the gifts arrive at a timely fashion, especially when given a reasonable timeline. If any hiccups arise, we ensure to communicate with our clients.

At Flume Invites, gift boxes aren’t return/refundable.

Although, you are allowed to return an unused gift/item from a registry for any reason within 45 days from the date you received it. If the item is in an pristine condition. Upon returning, we may offer you either a product exchange or a credit at Flume Invites as a reimbursement, and we will be delighted to accommodate either choice.


To initiate the return process, kindly contact our Customer Service via our email to to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. For proper handling, please place the product box or container in a separate box when returning. Writing on the product packaging may cause damage and render the item unsellable, thereby disqualifying it for credit. Remember to keep the tracking number for future reference. Please note that returns cannot be processed without authorization numbers.
