We will manage the whole process and ensure it is delivered directly to you or brought to the event. All depends on our clients specifications.

Depending on the event and prior specification. We can deliver on the day of the event or a week after the event. For excample birthdays and baby showers, the clients would prefer to egt it on the day whereas with a wedding registry the couple could want all their items delivered after the wedding or when they are finally back from the honeymoon. We will ensure the gifts arrive at a timely fashion, especially when given a reasonable timeline. If any hiccups arise, we ensure to communicate with our clients.
At Flume Invites, gift boxes aren’t return/refundable.
Although, you are allowed to return an unused gift/item from a registry for any reason within 45 days from the date you received it. If the item is in an pristine condition. Upon returning, we may offer you either a product exchange or a credit at Flume Invites as a reimbursement, and we will be delighted to accommodate either choice.
To initiate the return process, kindly contact our Customer Service via our email to email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. For proper handling, please place the product box or container in a separate box when returning. Writing on the product packaging may cause damage and render the item unsellable, thereby disqualifying it for credit. Remember to keep the tracking number for future reference. Please note that returns cannot be processed without authorization numbers.
